Credential review, check-in, lunch booking, and the exported history all read the same compliance decision for a rep. So a lapsed certificate of insurance blocks tomorrow's lunch request outright, instead of surfacing in a report a quarter later.

Check-in

A front-desk kiosk, with the rep's phone as a backup.

Check-in runs on a kiosk or tablet paired to the location: it covers check-in and check-out, keeps working when the connection drops, and your administrator pairs and revokes those devices from your own settings, so nobody waits on us. When the desk is busy a rep can scan the location QR with their own phone instead. Either way a live photo goes to your front desk, which confirms it against the registered rep — the visit counts as photo-verified only once they do, and anyone who arrives without a confirmed photo stays on the not-yet-verified list rather than passing as cleared. Badge printing is supported, and a printer going offline never blocks a check-in.

What practices ask before they say yes.

Yes, and there is no upsell waiting behind it. Representatives and their companies pay for network access; the facility pays nothing and receives no share of those fees. We state that plainly because it governs the arrangement — no revenue is shared with the practice that decides which reps get in.
Yes — check-in is built to run on a front-desk kiosk or tablet paired to your location, and that is the path we set up first. It runs in the browser on a device you already have, covers both check-in and check-out, and keeps saving visits when the connection drops. You switch one on yourself: your administrator names the device, and RepCertify shows a one-time code, good for 10 minutes, that the device enters once to bind itself to that one location. Revoking it from the same screen stops it the next time it tries to check anyone in. Reps can also scan a location QR with their own phone, which is the supporting path when the desk is busy. Either way your staff confirms a live photo against the registered rep: the confirmation is the verification, and an arrival without one is listed as not yet verified rather than waved through. Badge printing is supported, and a printer being offline never blocks a check-in.
Setup is configuration, not implementation: your locations, the credentials you require, the policies reps must accept, and the front-desk device that runs check-in. Your own administrator pairs that device from your settings — nothing to install and no appointment with us to book. There is no integration with your EHR or practice-management system, because RepCertify never touches patient data.
The federal OIG LEIE and SAM.gov exclusion lists. Screening fails closed — a rate limit, an outage, or a stale extract produces an "unavailable" result and requeues the rep, never a false all-clear. Possible name matches are always adjudicated by a person; nothing is auto-denied and nothing is auto-confirmed.

Patient information of any kind, Social Security and tax identification numbers, and criminal background report contents — we store only a company attestation that a check was performed. These are product constraints enforced in code, not policy promises.
